Our courses and training programs allow students to apply their knowledge to the professional fields that are of particular interest to them. This program addresses the components of positions in business administration, either in companies or in self-employment.
It includes four semesters of study and features core curriculum units shared with Masteres courses covering the following areas: global management strategies, corporate financial management, leadership and organizational behaviour, applied digital marketing, human resource management, international business law, business English, and research methods.
Specialized curriculum units include marketing ethics, marketing management practices, leading and managing project teams; project execution and control, managing entrepreneurial ventures, and entrepreneurial finance.
In the final trimester, you will also have the opportunity to undertake internships, conduct a research thesis, or an innovation project on a topic of your choice.
The assessments consist of 50% continuous assessment and 50% end-of-term exams (written exams, open-book exams, or in-class assignments).
The final project is a continuous assessment. The teaching methods are participatory and interactive, and include numerous references to the real-world workplace, with participation in real case studies and analyses. This prepares you realistically for contemporary business administration practices in today’s context.
