École Management Appliqué Introduces New Leadership and Expands Flagship Programmes

École de Management Appliqué is entering a new phase of strategic development with the appointment of its new Director, Camille Daux, alongside the launch of new programmes aligned with global market needs and sustainability challenges. She has over a decade of experience working in senior management roles within the higher education field in France.

With the arrival of Camille Daux, EMA reaffirms its ambition to strengthen its position as an innovative, internationally oriented institution. This new chapter aims to accelerate academic development, expand global partnerships, and ensure that programmes prepare students to succeed in the global workplace of today.

EMA continues to build on its multidisciplinary foundation, offering programmes that combine management theory with real-world application and focusing on it’s core pillars: employability, interdisciplinary learning, and responsible leadership:

Launch of Sustainability-Focused Programmes

A key highlight of this new phase is EMA’s commitment to sustainability and responsible leadership through the development of specialised programmes and initiatives.

The MBA in Sustainable Leadership reflects this ambition, integrating leadership, innovation, and environmental awareness into a global business curriculum. The programme is designed to develop forward-thinking leaders capable of addressing complex economic, social, and environmental challenges, while maintaining strong managerial and strategic capabilities.

Complementing this, EMA has introduced the Sustainable Academy, a dedicated initiative focused on embedding sustainability across disciplines. This academy promotes new approaches to business education by integrating ethical practices, environmental responsibility, and long-term impact into the learning experience.

With its expanded programme portfolio—including undergraduate, postgraduate, and sustainability-driven pathways—EMA continues to deliver education that is innovative, academically rigorous and relevant to the world of today.

The combination of new leadership under Camille Daux and the introduction of these new programmes focusing on sustainability signals a clear ambition: to train a new generation of globally minded, responsible leaders ready to shape the future of business.
