  • We'll process the application and confirm with you once received.
  • For every successful referral, you'll earn €500 (subject to terms and conditions mentioned below).

1. By using or participating in this Student Referral Scheme, the current student or alumni known as the ‘referrer’ is bound by these terms and conditions and indicates their agreement to them. Who can be referred: Anyone who meets the entry requirements of a programme can be referred.

3. The Student Referral Scheme only applies to programmes directly taught by EMA and those programmes are eligible for this offer. A full list of programmes is available online at programmes EMA will permit an unlimited number of referrals per referrer per academic year.

Submit an application and include the full name and student ID of their referrer.

Enrol onto chosen programme of study.

Ensure that necessary fees have been paid.

5. The referrer will only receive payment for each new student referred, provided:

The referred student has successfully enrolled onto their programme.

The referred  student provides their referrer’s full name and student ID at the time of application.

EMA receives the first instalment of the referred student’s tuition fees.

Governing Law

In the event of a dispute or claim pertaining to the conditions or subject matter of the referral scheme, the case will be governed under the law of France.

 1. EMA is required to collect, process and store personal data about its staff, students and other individuals in order to deliver our activities and functions. 2. Due to regulations on data protection and privacy, the referrer will not receive any updates on the application or tuition fee status of the new student. The referrer will only be notified once the tuition fee has been received, prompting a request for the referrer’s details for servicing the payment.

3. If you have study arrangements with any EMA Collaborative Partner Institution, please note that these partner institutions operate as independent data controllers. This means they manage and process personal data separately from EMA and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and French data protection laws, including the guidelines set forth by the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL). For detailed information on how each partner institution handles your personal data, please refer directly to their respective data protection policies.
